We are a Small Disadvantaged Business, and have been performing on facility maintenance related contracts to federal government agencies over the past decade. Exemplary performance ratings have been received on all completed contracts. Current customers are the General Services Administration, Department of State, Department of Interior, and Department of Defense.
Core competencies are all related to building operation and maintenance. While retrofitting, repair, and maintenance services are concentrated in the “HVAC” area of expertise, we have provided and will continue to excel in providing services that include alterations, general construction, roof repairs, audio/visual, lighting, locksmith, facility access security, and emergency systems.
Our staff has over 30 years experience, within the governmental marketplace, in the administration and management of assets providing a variety of facilities services. Experience and skills exist to set up and implement industry-accepted methods used in construction, custodial, and mechanical fields, assuring compliance with all the laws, regulations, and policies to which government and corporate clients may be subject.
In addition to possessing vast in-house experience in this field, affiliates have capabilities for the engineering, manufacturing, and installation for HVAC equipment and components.
